Agents and Team leaders are paid incentives, which measure up to a 100% of their targets achieved

Loyalty Bonus
A loyalty bonus is paid every quarter to employees who have been in a project for more than 3 months

Night Shift Allowance
Employees are paid a night shift allowance of Rs.100 per night worked
